The RS-500 and RS-700 Airborne and Mobile Systems for high end gamma ray spectrometry are ideal and essential in airborne geophysical exploration and geological mapping. These systems are modular allowing for single or multiple detectors in order to optimize the configuration for survey specifications and operational constraints. Designed for minimal operator interaction while advanced users can monitor the data and system performance with their own data acquisition system (DAS) or on a computer with RSI’s proprietary RadAssist software.
RSI’s suite of handheld and portable instruments offer rapid and cost effective in-situ assays of K, U, Th as stand-alone ground technique or follow up to an airborne survey. The RS-120, RS-125, RS-230 and RS-330 units are also ideally suited for survey and have been designed to be extremely rugged and durable. Their easy operation by single button, eyes free operation and auto-stabilizing without the need for manmade radioactive sources are resulting from RSI’s vast experience in deploying field instruments.
